Synergy School Counseling for Teens Referred by Our Rural Partner Sites
Synergy School Counseling provides individual counseling for teens referred through our participating rural partner sites. At this time, services are available specifically to teens connected with these partner sites.
Counseling is available for teens who need support with mental health, substance use, or both. Teens do not need to be struggling with alcohol or drugs to receive counseling. They can receive support for mental health concerns only.
Counseling That Comes to You
Counseling is provided through telehealth, so teens can meet privately with a counselor by video using a phone, tablet, or computer without having to travel to an office.
Counseling can help with things like:
Stress or anxiety
Feeling sad, angry, or overwhelmed
Problems at school, at home, or in relationships
Difficult experiences or trauma
Alcohol or drug use
Other mental health concerns
Your counselor will take time to get to know you, understand what you are going through, and work with you on the things that matter most to you.
You do not have to figure everything out on your own. We are here to listen, support you, and help you take the next step.
