Recovery Homes

Strengthen Your Recovery with Denver Sober Living

Participants live in a recovery-focused environment with peer support, program expectations, and staff guidance while continuing to work, attend treatment, or build life skills.

This program is designed for individuals who are already sober and motivated to maintain recovery.

Program Location

Located near Hampden Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Denver, CO. ARTS recovery homes are located in a quiet neighborhood near a park in southwest Denver, close to transit, a library, recreation center, and a family health clinic. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is welcome.

Program Structure

Our sober living program provides accountability, structure, peer support, and a stable recovery-focused environment where adults strengthen the foundation of long-term recovery.

Program includes:

  • Required meetings
  • Curfew
  • Drug testing
  • Case management
  • Goal setting
  • Peer support, life skills coaching, and outpatient connection
  • Accredited and 100% drug- and alcohol-free environment

Eligibility

  • Age 18+
  • Currently maintaining sobriety (detoxed and medically stable)
  • Motivated to work on recovery goals
  • Able to manage daily routines independently
  • Participate in recovery activities (12-step, outpatient, and program)
  • Safe for yourself and others

What’s Included

  • Utilities and Wi-Fi
  • Washer, dryer, and detergent
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Linens, towels, and bedding
  • Cleaning supplies and paper goods

Participants provide:

  • Food and groceries
  • Personal care items (hygiene, clothing, medications)
  • Any items needed for their children

Fees

  • $50 non-refundable registration fee
  • Shared room: $220 per week
  • Single room: $245 per week
  • Payments due weekly
